Express worldwide shipping and standard worldwide shipping available. Free shipping standard shipping on all orders globally over £150

RETURNS

Mila Simona Bras / Femme Fatale Leather Bras & Apparel

If you do require to return a bra or apparel that you have purchased, due to size or fit requirements the bras or apparel bought from milasimona.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns processed after 14 days are not subject to refunds. 

Return handling and return shipping costs (including custom duties) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

A refund will only be processed if the bra is returned in the same condition and in the original packaging as sent. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with the original labels. 

Once checked and approved the return will be processed. Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 days to process and for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.

NON REFUNDABLE  

Mila Simona Thongs & Stockings 

All Mila Simona thongs and stockings items are non-refundable due to sanitary reasons and company policy. 

ALTERATIONS

Mila Simona offers a bespoke made to order service with all Femme Fatale leather bra purchases. This tailor made service offers amendments to the product should further fit requirements be necessary. Alterations can be arranged on a case by case basis offering amendments to the cup size or strap fittings.
